Your request must be submitted to EZwebstart via the online refund request form for this purpose. Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made. The 45 day period begins with the date of payment as recorded by PayPal and ends with the datestamp recorded at PayPal on the form you submit your cancellation for subscription type recurring billing and on our refund form for single non-automated type non-recurring payments. In the rare event that the internet, our servers or your computer is down, telephone requests should be submitted to voicemail at 573 475-9241. All times are in CST.

If you are signed up for a recurring payment, please cancel your recurrent billing from within your PayPal account. Automatic recurring payments made after a 45 day refund request is an additional cost to us. In those cases, our costs will be deducted prior to any refund. Please remember to cancel your subscription from within your PayPal account in addition to notifying us via our online refund request form anytime prior to your first 45 days. This will provide you with the most favorable results.

You may cancel for any reason. We will ask you for the reason of your cancellation. Your response is voluntary. We ask to improve our service. We will not quibble or give you a hard time. We want you to be happy with your EZwebstart experience. Please note that this guarantee covers web hosting fees only. Most other fees are excluded and are listed below.

Fees are excluded if they are not refundable to us. If they are not refundable to us, like with domain name fees, than we are unable to refund a fee we no longer have to you. Thank you for understanding.

In the event we may have forwarded a payment on your behalf prior to your payment to us, we will expect to be reimbursed for such payment.

Web hosting accounts that have been determined by EZwebstart to have violated our terms of service (e.g., spamming, phising, warez, etc.) will not be eligible for any refund at any time. Furthermore, such an account will be deleted and all data will be lost. EZwebstart does not assume responsibility for the irresponsible acts of others. Accounts in suspension undergoing investigation also do not qualify for any type of refund pending investigative results.
