Cancel your web hosting account at anytime. No contracts, obligations or term agreements. Feel the FREEdom!!!

Annual payment plan accounts -- cancellation within the first 6 months of your annual billing cycle will begin with your first full calendar month of cancellation as determined by your PayPal cancellation receipt and our six month rule in our TOS policy. Cancellation during the last 6 months of your billing cycle will earn you a bonus prorated refund to the day of your cancellation as dated on your PayPal cancellation receipt.

Please cancel annual accounts from within PayPal prior to any annual billing so that you will be spared PayPal's refund fee expense. Please, also notify us using our web hosting termination form. Thank you for your exit comments. I sincerely appreciate your feedback and will hopefully use them in any way possible to provide better future service for all our web hosting community.

Monthly payment plan accounts -- cancellation on the monthly payment plan commences at the beginning of the first full month of cancellation (are not prorated). Please cancel monthly payment plan accounts from within PayPal just prior to any monthly billing so that you will be spared PayPal's refund fee expense. Please notify us using our web hosting termination form. Thank you for your exit comments. DOMAIN NAME

Domain names fees are not refundable. Domain name fees are not refundable to us and therefore not refundable to you. Thank you for understanding. To cancel a domain name, please contact the help desk. If you intend to let your domain name lapse, please let us know so we know what to expect. If we pay for the renewal of your domain name, you are expected to reimburse us for the domain name renewal and any associated fees.

To facilitate payflow and retention of domaiin names, our payment due date precedes the actual domain name anniversary date by 4 weeks. If domain name payment is not received by our due date, we cannot guarantee the renewal of the domain name. If we are unable to renew the domain name due to late or lack of payment, the domain will then be available for public purchase. We cannot be responsible for loss of any domain name due to untimely or absence of payment by our due date.

Security Certificate (SSL)

Security Certificate fees are not refundable to us and therefore cannot be refundable to you. Thank you for understanding. If early enough in the process, a portion of the installation fee may be refundable even after a certificate signing request (CSR) has been issued. Ask Mr. EZ.
