Monthly payment plan accounts -- are not prorated. No refunds are given for any unused portion of month already paid for via PayPal. Please cancel your account from within PayPal before the billing date of your monthly payment plan.

Annual payment plan accounts -- are prorated monthly during the last 6 months of your first years annual billing cycle. You will receive a refund for any and all unused complete months from month 7 thru 12 during your first years annual payment plan. See the six month rule in the TOS. Subsequent years are prorated on a monthly basis from the very beginning of your annual plan. Those cancelling during the second half of their annual billing cycle will earn a bonus refund proration to the date of their PayPal cancellation receipt instead of forfeiting a partial month refund.

Domain Names -- Once we purchase (or transfer) a domain name on your behalf, we cannot receive a refund. Because we cannot receive a refund, we are unable to provide a refund to you. Thank you for understanding.

These include your misspelling a domain name. If we make the error, we will purchase your domain name.

Security Certificates -- Once we purchase (including renew) a security certificate on your behalf, we cannot receive a refund. Because we cannot receive a refund, we are unable to provide a refund to you. Sometimes there is some leeway here and we are willing to work with you on any installation portion of the fee if the certificate has not yet entered the installation stage. Extra Bandwidth -- Bandwidth is a consumable item much like gasoline. Once it is used, we cannot receive a refund for it and therefore cannot issue a refund to you. Thank you for understanding.
