EZ webstart's Anti-Spam Policy

Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or personal email is a violation of EZwebstart's terms of service.

EZwebstart wants to provide for a clean, efficient email environment to both it's clients and the internet community. We work hard to have things work as they are supposed to work. Those who work against us will not be tolerated. Any form of email disruption is considered a violation of our anti-spam policy.

• Phishing other email addresses is prohibited.
• Using others SMTP protocols is prohibited.
• Blasting large quantities of emails out from our servers is considered as a spam practice. This slows down the flow of email for others. Legitimate email list processing is designed not to abuse servers in this way.
• Unauthorized solicitations in any way shape or form are prohibited.
• Use of robots to harvest email addresses or send emails via website forms or any variation thereof is prohibited.
• Use of a mail server other than our own without written permission to do so is a violation of our anti-spam policy.

Violations of our Terms of Service could result in legal action against you.

EZwebstart reports Computer Fraud and Abuse pursuant to the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). The Federal Government or State Agency may bring civil and/or criminal penalties against any policy violator and their accomplices.

EZwebstart will upon spam verification terminate any such account and delete all data associated with it or disable it to turn it over to the Authorities. In any such case, EZwebstart is not responsible for damages, inconsequential or otherwise which may result to you or your business. Additionally, no refund of any fees paid to EZwebstart will be refunded.
